Good benefit, some good team of people Woking with you, flexible schedules.

Cons

The lack of opportunities and pay is baffling. Hire A lot of seat warmers making the ones with talent carry the load no training a lot of the policy incentives only are for employees offshore

Steady hours, steady pay, never wondered when I would get to go home

Cons

Overly corporate, quality employees were so few and far between that promotions were simple to earn. Don't expect compensation for promotions as the review process is a nightmare.
