      Most people you work with are good/great. Benefits are competitive. There are loads of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      When fresh grads sign up, they don't always land the role they thought they would. Company tries to place you based on your preferences, but business demand and urgency to get you placed (make you billable) would put pressure on you to join a team, relocate, etc.

      Little to no progress in terms of salary. You will only get a market base adjustment. You need to be close with the Management team in order for you to be promoted.
