Good company to work for in GDL, Although the new building is not comfortable (missing more bathrooms, location)

Good Salary and management is helpful (at least in QA area), usually good projects to work if you choose apply to the best suited position

Cons

No retention policy in place, some great team members left and the company don't do much to keep them. That needs improvements

Good Place to work for experienced candidates not for freshers.

Cons

Its not that easy to grow with your talent. Even if your project is giving revenue because of you as a factor also, you couldn't get recognized and pay unless you are a jaaldra for your manager. Such an unstructured company I have experienced . HR is a name not an emotion. HR's are present only to suck the managers not to work on their actual duty.
