Lets start with their quasi-intellectual Wolf of Wall Street rip off interview process. They ask ridiculous questions that serve no relevance to the actual position and base their hiring decision off of that. They asked a scenario question where the applicant has to guess what the interviewer is thinking of while they are in a grocery store. Once you get the job if you make it past that process, they like to think of themselves like they're Google but it's actually a very small company with outdated software.

TERRIBLE medical/dental/vision insurance. They "pay" your health insurance, but claims are an absolute mess and your out-of-pocket max and deductible are sky-high. No maternity/paternity leave Don't question authority or management decisions Fitness benefits ONLY if you like to run People get promoted based on their ability to say "yes," not on skill or merit Some people take the whole workload while others slack off Only see your full profit share if you stay with the company for 6 years, otherwise you lose 25% per year. Outdated programming systems mean every developer has to be "trained" when hired (because CEO refuses change). CEO/Owner micromanages every department. CEO's political views forced onto employees (and customers).
