      Pros

      - We get annual bonuses based on HCSS' success - AMAZING culture, love my coworkers - Really supports internal promotions - Continuous learning fund to spend on your passions -GREAT work life balance - The construction industry is one of the best/chill industries to work in -Competitive pay -GREAT campus -Catered lunch every Wednesday -Professional led work out classes weekly on campus -Massages and Car washes on campus weekly -Work from home flexibility

      Cons

      As you probably have read - we are experiencing some growing pains after being bought out (but to be blunt, a lot of these reviews are beyond dramatic.) Most of these reviews are from employees that have worked at HCSS for many years and very resistant to change and growth. Yes, we are getting reported on more as a company but name a successful company that doesn't track KPIs.

      Pros

      • A clear path to growth and development. • A delightfully fun work environment. • Incredible benefits and amenities. • Great pay and profit sharing. • Challenging engaging work that makes you think. • So many smart capable teammates that have your back when things get tough.

      Cons

      • No paid sick leave separate from PTO or “paid time off” • With the new acquisition by Thoma Bravo, there’s a little less transparency than before. • Thoma Bravo removed some of the benefits that Mike Rydin the former CEO so generously provided. Such employee owned stock, no cap on PTO rollover, and lowered profit sharing to name a few. (But still not a deal breaker, it’s one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for!)

      - Working with a great team -Not having a bunch of stress so I can be happy when I go home -Great Benefits (free for employee) and even full coverage for my kids for free after I was with the company for 3 years -Easy to voice concerns -Not a bunch of negativity if you stay away from those types (every company has them) -Career Growth

      Cons

      -Uncertainty with the Thoma Bravo acquisition -Transparency around the direction of the company could be better
