Amazing company, full of opportunity if you’re willing to work hard and put in the effort. Rigorous interview process that yields in great hires that fit our culture The pay is very competitive even before the profit sharing Nobody got a pay cut or furloughed during covid, the company switched quickly to work from home and allowed us to do our best without having to come to the office After 4 months of raise freezes, raises were reinstated DURING covid!

- it can be a challenging and demanding environment, that some might not be able to keep up in - some trivial decisions have to be made by an individual on a much higher level than at other companies
