First off, thank you for providing us feedback on your experience here with HCSS, especially regarding the technical side of the business. To address your concerns regarding our coding language, we know that working with stacks like VDF may not seem ideal, but many of our engineers now excel in other tech stacks and, as mentioned in a previous review, individuals from mobile and web teams started by first learning important skills in VDF. With this, HCSS keeps our developers' growth a top priority by offering many ways for them to expand their skills.
Regarding our transition to Private Equity, our organizational goal for HCSS is to ensure its continued growth. That will come with some growing pains, but our Leadership Team is continuously working to ensure HCSS is a destination employer. HR has and will continue to review market salary averages and well as keep up to date with any benefits that would improve our employee-first culture.
