Pros

HCTec, while not perfect, is a fantastic place to work. It's a fun culture with Executive Leadership that is actually open to new ideas. The best thing is that HCTec is always willing to invest in its employees, as well as new service lines to stay one step ahead of the rest of the market.

Cons

Anything I'd write here would be petty. As long as you work hard, you'll enjoy great success here.

Cons

It was difficult to get a better hourly rate, and it takes far too long to obtain benefits.

Awesome culture and management staff. High earning potential. Lots of opportunity to grow with the firm and handle your book of business.

Cons

Outside of the inherent downfalls that come with the industry territory, nothing. If you don't like sales, you probably won't enjoy this position.
