1. Leadership - total amateurs who are out to play politics and do not care about either doing decent work or their teams' morale. Actually filled with insecure childish leaders who throw tantrums and show a serious lack of professionalism when things get a little tough (surprise! the whole housing industry is in a downturn, and so will your company) 2. Growth opportunities are non-existent outside of merchandising, who are basically the Gods on Olympus running everything in this company. 3. Pay - garbage compared to industry standards 4. Benefits - worse than some of the companies undergoing bankruptcy 5. Mandatory 4x/week in office 6. Ridiculously expensive and mid cafeteria food ($15 salads, $18 entrees, $12 burgers)
