Let me start by saying this is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review on a company. I’m hard working, and I fully believe that what you put into something is what you get out. That’s not the case here. This place is literally a disaster. Run far away. They lure you in with the beautiful building , and lies about “advancement opportunities”. When you get there , you better sip the koolaid otherwise your chances for advancement are zero. They don’t acknowledge people that work hard and go above and beyond. There is constant change in leadership as well as organizational changes. Undeserving people get promoted. The culture is absolutely terrible- they call themselves a “family” but treat their mid level associates like trash. Leaders don’t even take the time to get to know their associates. Don’t say that you weren’t warned about this circus of a company!

So many cant list all. Management is a boys club so cant move up unless your in it. If you ask questions you get called into office. There is no TEAM, Employees are told not to help each other. Insurance sucks. HR doesn't help you with anything. They dont give equal opportunity to all. Customers dont get in and out in a timely manner.
