      Pros

      Fast paced environment will keep you busy. Mid level managers are supportive. It's your typical corporate office environment.

      Cons

      Company headquarters is moving to Atlanta displacing many tenured workers. Lots of good people will be left behind.

      Pros

      Good CEO and a lot of potential for growth If you are on the right team. They steadily have growth financially.

      Cons

      Extremely unproffesional hostile environment complete with sexual humor and aggressive management. A "gotcha" mentality keeps everyone in fear and makes it's hard to get things done. Fear of upper management permeates every decision. Gentle / nice people are viewed as weak and hostile aggressive types are promoted and praised.

      Pros

      The people that are hard working, understand the end goal, and get the job done are wonderful to work with day-to-day.

      Cons

      Over sensitive, lazy, and unaccountable individuals have been cultivated from within by upper management. Those that are working hard are loaded with more work. Those that don't are futher incentified to do the minimum and are not phased out. Salary structure is below the average for most positions in the market.
