The whole set up for how freight is loaded and input into the system. The system was a mess. We had to dig through freight on the dock to determine what was going on each truck and when freight was missing we would have to write it down and call management in Alabama and let them know what was missing so they could adjust the route on a computer instead of us doing it ourselves. I talked to an employee about 2 months ago earlier this year and he said they are still doing that out of date process.
