Can’t get promoted unless you kiss butt

People you work with that are the same level as you always have your back, as for supervisors only two are willing to break their backs for you and always take crap from upper management because they care more about you than the sales. I don’t care anymore
Cons
About more than half of us are wanting to quit, take mental health days, or already considering retirement due to the change in our work life. I barely make rent now due to promises of promotion or more work. Ever since they made us one roof one team it don’t feel like it we have to submit to the other employees wants because they were there first and it’s their warehouse even though most of us have been apart of the company longer. We lost half of our big dollar accounts due to this move and no one cares!!!!
