      Pros

      The people who work here for the most part are great and key to retention. There are some really great people who are always willing to help you and they have a breadth of knowledge. I appreciate the company for acknowledging leaders within the company who make an impact both inside and outside of the company. The employees here seem to genuinely support each other.

      Cons

      There is so much pressure to turn the business around. The amount of work that myself and everyone I work with has on their plate is ridiculous and there does not seem to be any care to alleviate that stress. Turnover is increasing. Career advancement does not seem to be an option unless you live in Atlanta or Jacksonville.
