      Large company with decent benefits. Ok base salary

      Cons

      Bonus is based on a number they create. They don't care about people, only dollars and growth. You can't manage to a number, HR only helps you if they think a lawsuit could happen. Otherwise they don't look into problem. Bonus can be zero even if you have grown the business

      The company, making business decisions that seem to show an indifference to employees. They do not accommodate, support, understand or help military or military families. They will allow managers to harass and ignore their own policies with zero investigation.
