      Great co workers that are passionate about the business

      Cons

      Used to be a great place to work. Since going public focus is on stock and the not the morale of the team. Benefits are sub par yet performance expectations thru the roof.

      Great people; some very strong leaders at the senior the level, great co workers. People are friendly and geniunely care about each other's well being

      Lots of change all of the time. Some leaders are clueless about how the business works so are making decisions that impact the organization with limited skill or abilities
