Good team environment, coworkers are very friendly and helpful, systems easy to manage, and support and resources are plentiful

Cons

The infrastructure is very departmentalized and when you request for assistance in another department the response is sometimes delayed.

Pros

Pay is decent, co workers are okay overall , getting new equipment, okay health insurance. Opportunity to buy stock in company.

Cons

Current management is only concerned about numbers not the staff. There has been a total purge of management ( good and bad managers were let go ). Management really doesn't have a clue about what goes on in the field. High rate of on the job injuries and management blames staff for getting hurt. All parts of the DC are under staffed.
