      Worst company I ever worked for.

      Pros

      You got paid for working there. Most of the employees were easy to get along with. You got paid for working there.

      Cons

      Joe De Angelo is letting management run the company in the ground. They play favorites, they have gotten rid of most of all the senior employees to save money, lower management is scared to voice an opinion or take up for their workers. This company will not be in business in 2 years. You can't treat people like they do and remain in business. What goes around comes around.

      Been going downhill with no end in sight

      Some of the peers are great and fun Although starting to show its age the facility is from before the company went downhill so it is nice

      Cons

      Low pay No real opportunities to grow The job descriptions seldom match the actual job tasks There is a feeling of cutting corners at every effort in all areas especially in the area of compensation The structure of the job descriptions does not allow for growth Management seems lost and uses buzz words to compensate

      HDS-FM is on the leading edge of SAP technology and Management is willing to make the investment in the technology.

      Cons

      Inability to trust their employees leads to high turnover, long hours without respect, inmature decision making followed by gossip and heresay without factual basis.
