Pros
My co-workers were definitely the best thing about working here. Standard hours, not large amounts of overtime required.
Cons
Frustrating work environment. You're hired to do a job (ex. increase sales), but when you try to, you're told to do as management says. The company only wants yes men. Everyone is just trying to cover their butts and are afraid to change anything, even if it isn't working. Company talks about how great it is and how they value their employees, but their actions show the opposite.
