Pros

There opportunity to make an impact. The company was assembled through many small acquisitions. as a result realizing the benefits of scale is a challenge.

Cons

business unit senior managment quietly buck efforts to leverage company scale. Business unit leadership leverages customer relationships to remain decentralized, and secure. This is not necessarily bad makes working in centralized roles a challenge.

Pros

The benefits of most large corporations of fairly good health care and salary. There are a lot of really great people that work at this company.

Cons

As with many large corporations getting things changed or making improvements can take so much time that they are obsolete by the time incorporated. For being such a large company the penny pinching was amazing to witness. Seemed to have trouble following the basic business principle that it takes money to make money, especially at the level of the designer who is making the upgrade sale.
