      Pros

      Very friendly to employees. Has a great stable of companies for career advancement. First class business. Would recommend to all of my friends and family. Joe has really turned it around and become a very strong leader.

      Cons

      There are some politics at play as in most companies, although it is probably more prevalent here. Other than that, though, can't really complain. The company is headed in the right direction.

      Opportunities to move up. Freedom to develop your own work schedule as long as your responsibilities are met.

      Cons

      Too much freedom can seem like lack of direction. Not much corporate oversight.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule if your boss allows it. Outside of that, there is nothing positive to say. I am just still writing since this thing has a 20 word minimum.

      Cons

      Works you to death, poor benefits, certain managers get away with murder, certain managers treat employee's like objects, Hr does not keep reports confidential when reporting issues.
