      Pros

      Not that demanding. Direct manager is good and cares. Work from home. (remotely working) More freedom than an office job.

      Cons

      Salary, Cheap company in perks, High Turnover, Unrealistic Goals, No appreciation for employees. (Stock option was discounted 5% for employees, thanks for nothing). Too many conference calls to make themselves look good. Just do it!

      Pros

      Pay is decent. Nice customers and great frontline employees. Which is where the money is made, but the top heavy leaders take all of the credit and play golf.

      Cons

      All of senior leadership are pals, and they're either in the in-crowd or they quickly find themselves out. Line them all up and compare notes, they have all worked together in the past and/or know where the skeletons are, and they take good care of their buddies. Definitely a "Not what you know, but who you know" atmosphere. It is tough when you are more intelligent than your boss. Plus, health benefits are HORRIBLE!
