      Pros

      The pay is not bad. Located in the middle of the county so, it has easy access, Used to be a subsidiary of Home Depot, don't think that it is anymore...

      Cons

      Bad hours. Now part of a National corporation, which, now has call centers all over the US, not just in SD anymore. Not enough training for first time call center employees.

      Pros

      Easy to move up. Not much else really.

      Cons

      Pay is low. IT is going through departmental changes and management doesn't what decisions they will make. They are in secret meetings constantly. It appears they are conspiring.

      Benefits are good or great depending on your perspective. Pay and time off are good.

      Cons

      Despite the good managers there are too many people promoted that should not be allowed to shovel a sidewalk but they are promoted since they are friends with Branch Managers, District Managers or related to one of the dozens of CEOs/VP's
