      Pros

      There are many team players at HDS FM. They work hard and will ensure job completion. Most workers here are very cooperative. This is why I stayed. Working here for 1 year will give you about 3 years of experience.

      Cons

      Long hours, nights, weekends, not enough family and/or sleep time. Many adhoc tasks with few or no fore warning. Task with vague or general objectives at best from management.
