      Pros

      Many business with which to collaborate. Great leadership with a clear direction. Great values and the company stands by what it preaches.

      Cons

      Benefits are not the best. Due to size, can be a little slow to react to market changes - all major changes require a board decision. As with many large companies, communication of the company's future plans don't get down to those it affects most.

      Marketing at HD Supply doesn't exist... unhealthy people, and lacks any creativity

      It's a job in a tough economy.

      Cons

      Some departments are really strong, but marketing is just among the weakest I have seen in the 10 years of my marketing experience. When the marketing management knows they are they are performing poorly, its difficult for the company to take it seriously. Instead of trying new things, they go with safe (and mask it as the being conservative) and take credit for stuff that a customer is obviously going to buy.
