      Highly political, very bias , must put in min of 12-14 a day to stay on top of AMIN thats pushed down on sales staff !

      Some great people with-in HDS. If your your in the"Click" you've got it made.

      Cons

      Very long hours and management is only concered with making their #'s so they can make bonus and look good for yet another promotion. Will tell you anything to get you to drink the Company Kool-Aid. TOP HEAVY IN MNGT !

      Pros

      Has been good job overall, just starting to feel burned out. sometimes feel like 20% of the people do 80% of the work. They know the Job is getting done.

      Cons

      I guess in my case...."always on the Job"! Honestly, getting tired of 12-14 hour days every day.
