Supervisors don't do anything, all they do is research whatever the they want for fun. While others struggle to work they don't assist in ANYWAY. there's A lot of Favoritism that goes on around here.

This company will sell you on how great they are. But they lie. Expect to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Expect to be a number. You are not considered a human within the organization. You will be micromanaged to the extreme. There is no autonomy in your work, or ethic. If you do not drink their cool aid you will be considered a bad employee and they will make you feel that. Upper management say they care about you, but they only care about the bottom-line and your numbers.
