Too many departments and people involved with simple activities and/or "issues" must ALWAYS CYA since there are so many hands in the pot. On boarding/ Initial Training Process was very misleading, focusing on all the wrong areas. Shady, Unprofessional Business Practices from Middle/Upper Management always focusing on the negative and never recognizing/commending FAR's for superior work. Heavy work load with NO "Office Days' to complete admin responsibilities, ridiculous "milk man" account route with severe consequences if you veer from your call sheet (INCLUDING AREA MANAGER SECRETLY GOING TO YOUR ACCOUNTS TO CHECK UP ON YOU). Constant "blame game" if ever a mistake, regardless of the department, warehouse, or your own fault, no one wants to take the heat so you will get thrown under the bus quickly. Very poor work/home life balance...unless you are in Management.
