      Very good benefits. Somewhat flexible when life events happen

      Cons

      Increasing emphasis on rigid schedules for salaried HQ employees. “Hybrid” work schedule means only 1 remote work day a week, and everyone assumes a full RTO mandate is coming any day. Merit increases are far outpaced by inflation
