Employees are knowledgable, have strong work ethics and hard working.
Cons
Leadership failures at every level. Customers and employees suffer from poor decisions made by management. Associate training reduced to a checkbox on a screen. No interest in providing useful training. Upward mobility limited. Product offering limited, pricing not competitive. Unfortunately, they took a great company and ran it into the ground.
