      Pros

      Employee owned. The company really values integrity. Effort is made to balance workloads. Flexibility to work from home. Overall, great company to work for.

      Cons

      They suddenly took away overtime pay for staff other than junior level. It is a large corporation and communication from the top is not always the best. Leadership expects staff to be in the office 5 days a week with some exceptions.

      Limited to no mentorship and carrier development advice. Extremely cliquey and toxic, school-like environment. VERY little cultural diversity
