Pros

Team is awesome: very highly skilled with a friendly work environment. Cool projects for NE area. Access to national resources. Ability to easily relocate within the firm to other offices around the company.

Cons

Pay is basically industry standard, though maybe slightly higher. But pay in Engineering is garbage anyway.

Great company and people. Feel like I'm contributing to it's sucess.

Cons

Sometimes UT issues are too much of a focus. I feel as a contributor, its up to other to bring me the work. I just need to inform them well before I'm overloaded or underloaded.
