      Promises to be a sensible, flexible company.

      Cons

      Isn’t a sensible or flexible company. HDR will promise you the moon, but senior management always have an excuse for why they can’t deliver. Substation group could have been something, but the company is too territorial to move real resources to accomplish local goals. Oh, and i hope you like working for free. “Shucks, my project is over budget. If only someone would step in” *PM bats eyes*

      Great place to train young staff.

      Cons

      Don’t give out raises to staff, but give them to themselves. They fire staff regular each year to improve bottom line and bonuses of leadership. Great place for first 5 years, not a place to make a Career
