      Good depth and breadth of experience. Good office location (even after recent move) on the periphery of DC Good stock performance and sharing program Good working environment Wonderful lifestyle feel in the locality surrounding the office

      Not a lot of young people. The office tends to be top heavy. And younger people can be overworked.

      Excellent company stock program with solid earnings history. Global company with opportunities to move around. Interesting and innovative projects.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance. Either you're all-in or you're considered a drag on the company. Anything less than 110% is not acceptable. Career opportunities can be limited for those who struggle with work/life balance.
