Pros

I work with a great team and manager, and the senior management is also good. Position feels stable, good benefits. Nice to feel like I'm a part of a community of people working on important projects.

Cons

Potential for raises/career progression feels limited. Workload is extremely uneven-I'll be very busy and stressed for a few months, and then have a few months where I'm struggling to fill my time.

Continued, Long-term positive stock growth. Opportunities for career advancement and influencing direction are available if you reach for them and work towards them.

Proactive communication is not a strong point; Sometimes following policy/procedures seems more important than making progress

Excellent place to work. They really care about employees

Cons

very few cons. Just make sure you are told exactly who you will be reporting to and what will be expected of you. Sometimes when you get hired they don't really tell you the scope of your responsibilities and who are the different entities you will be reporting to. This can get very muddy.
