      Pros

      Hires recent college grads. Large corporation. Reasonable compensation and locations internationally.

      Cons

      Only electrical office is in Billings montana. Little program for training. Felt as though i was always looking for work from everyone but my team.

      Good Firm But Don't Value Young Employees Enough

      Pros

      Company is very focused on quality and staying in touch with the employees. They release the earnings every year so you can stay in the know on how HDR is doing. My office in particular is very laid back, probably because we have success in design-build projects and have large budgets.

      Cons

      Seem to not value you a lot until you've been with the firm for a long time. There is no set raise policy, so you just have to rely that they will catch you up to the industry standard.

      Great benefits, great work/life balance and great people.

      Cons

      If you're in non-engineering role (admin, marketing, etc.) then there isn't much upward mobility.
