      Well Managed, great people, opportunity for those who are willing to put in the effort. Great place for a motivated individual looking to develop into a young professional.

      I really do not have anything negative to say about the company. There is a lot of opportunity and great people to mentor young professionals as well as those who are looking to further their career.

      It is an employee owned company. It's a large scale business with plenty of opportunities. There are many locations to choose from worldwide.

      Cons

      HDR seems to be growing faster than it can handle. Sometimes the human element is lost. Salaries tend robe lower across the board for most positions.
