      Was a great company & still has many talented people, but now has horrible management only interested in themselves($$$)

      Pros

      Overall, really good and talented employees work there and the company has a rich history. Historically, the company has been well respected in the industry and ranks in the Top 10 for their focus. Employee ownership of the company is also nice, and pay seems to be competitive and they offer good benefits.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership now in place who are on a power grab, reorganizing and destroying the company from the inside-out. Moral is very low in the general employee population and good people are starting to leave. The company's leaders are even starting to border on becoming unethical.

      Keeping software and hardware updated Solid and reliable company Diversity of work/tasks available Good benefits package Above average compensation - for most people

      Cons

      "Boys club" culture type - in this specific office- Portland OR Too many hungry young bucks - inexperient, greedy and unreliable Worst office managment ever - i.e. allowing too much imput from people that have been there for a long time, not regarding their competence Too expensive/overpriced for the quality of work produced
