      Pros

      It is an excellent company to work for. They have a a lot of government contracts, so the work is steady if you're willing to relocate. They promote, great 401k, and they pay well

      Cons

      They want PE licenses from everyone. They are heavy into transportation, so if you do not have a good transportation background, they may let you go.

      benefits are great.. people that are not management are great to work with. Keep computers very updated and current. nice office

      Cons

      unwilling to work with people. Stupid policies. hard to transfer offices
