      -stock ownership -lots of events and organizations -diverse group of people and disciplines

      Cons

      -Every office (and every group within the office) operates differently in regards to WFH, work load, etc. which creates inequalities and resentment -Training of younger staff is hard to come by -Not much upward mobility

      Pros

      Office is located in a beautiful setting. Some projects can be interesting (but everyone scrambles to get them and it turns into a brawl.

      Cons

      Leadership has more interest in billings than in creating quality work. Head of graphics department admitted to not knowing what Photoshop is (like no clue at all) after coming on board at the job- pretty much sums up the problem of having the wrong people in the wrong leadership positions. Real old-boy mentality. "Now get back to work" is literally the CEO's catchphrase. Management was often threatening to export people's jobs to China.
