      Pros

      No pros, except gaining experience. They claim bonuses are good, it's slightly more than some places. But keep in mind, they will make you do the work of 3 people. Constant turnover due to being understaffed.

      Cons

      They run "LEAN". They make you do the work of 3+ people. No flexibility. Zero work-life balance. Office is small and crowded. No eating areas, no real kitchen. Leadership is not good.

      Cool industry, the people who work there are amazing, other than management.

      Cons

      Very antiquated company, no real culture developed. As corporate as I can think of. Does not treat their employees well & does not reward loyalty or a good work ethic.
