Large Company – well funded & highly profitable Great Benefits – 401-k, bonus, health, etc. Positive Culture – many long-time team members and many who have left, have returned Growth Opportunities - for those who work hard and excel

Cons

Some jobs are demanding and you may have to put in the extra hours to get the job done. However, the variety of the work makes the days go by quick.

Great benefits, matching 401K, healthcare is affordable, and hours are flexible to adjust to schedules.

Cons

At will contract, 90 day probation period, leadership isn't clear, business development outlook of the company isn't well defined and they need to invest in new upcoming as well rather than only the past ones.
