Pros
None they don't believe in motivating employees or temps.
Cons
Where to begin... No transparency always hiding things from employees and/or blaming employees for issues that arise. HR department is no help because they are never in office or their schedule to unknown and when an issue is brought up it just dismissed or never resolved. They have we've always done it that way mentally, not open to change, no follow through or completion. Communication is horrible. Supervisors treat employees and temps horrible and they have a revolving door of people.
