Training employees is not a priority. The facility is routinely understaffed.

Pros

Get to work with a lot of great people and are able to build things from the ground up if you allow yourself.

Cons

Long hours sometimes 80 hours a week. Times where you would stay in the office in 4am. Work is 7 days a week.
