The Holy Grail of tech startups

Pros

The technology behind the company is cutting edge and exciting. The business is growing tremendously. Virtually zero churn of customers. Most importantly, the people are wonderful, from top to bottom. Egos are left at the door. I've never seen a company with such low employee turnover - and for good reason.

Cons

As with any tech startup with triple digit revenue growth, the pace is fast! It's a rocket ship, which is not for everyone.

dedicated experts, working in symphonic motion, incredible culture, pushing boundaries of big data, dreamers of a better tomorrow. Plus the awesome snacks.

Cons

The office is really close to the beach so it can be diffucult to focus when the weather is nice.
