1.Salary needs to be atleast industry standards
2.Employees get too comfortable to move out
3.Due to more no of tenured staff, most are given a promotion. Current generation of new leadership e.g TLs and above are half baked.
4. Work life balance is messed up

compensation and benefits could be more proactive., food served in cafeteria only veg, transport system could be better.hr support needs improvement.
