      Raises are nonexistent

      You are able to work from home

      Cons

      The raises are almost nonexistent. Make sure you haggle for your starting pay because it will not increase much. Also raises are supposed to be given out in April but the last 3 years they aren't given until late Sept- Oct.

      Pros

      Work from home Not difficult to get a promotion if you can prove yourself, have a decent attitude with customers, and build rapport with your colleagues and management.

      Cons

      Poor quality enforcement/review Nebulous job expectations Pay lagger in the industry
