      Pros

      Excellent mentorship for freshers and early-career professionals — I gained hands-on experience under the guidance of strong managers. Got to work on real-world automation projects (like invoice processing in warehouse operations), which helped me quickly understand PDDs, FRDs, and automation workflows. Exposure to tools and platforms like Automation Anywhere and UiPath, which are widely used in the RPA industry. Supportive work culture that values learning and career growth.

      Cons

      I didn't find any, as it was a very short stint.
