      Great coworkers and a mission that is important to the country.

      Cons

      Complete mismanagement from the top-down. Leaders have no idea what their people are doing day to day. Every six months they have a huge layoff and a restructuring of the company they don't commit to and just do it again in a few months. Regularly fire talent that has years of expertise and are held in high esteem by peers just to rehire for the same positions.
