If you're looking for a place to work with down-to-earth, like-minded people, then this is the place. Since day one, I've felt like part of the team here. The difference between HHAeXchange and any other job I've worked is that people actually care about what you have to say. If you have a suggestion, say it! If you have a question, ask it! Everyday I come into work, I learn something new. The leadership is simply incredible and the atmosphere in the office will have you wanting to come back to work day after day. I honestly cannot see myself working anywhere else for a long time. I always feel welcomed when I come into work and feel like people actually want me here!

ping pong table, boss doesn't come in on Fridays, nice location (citi building). It's a very good product and they seem to be doing well in the home care space. Most departments are treated like adults and there's not much micro managing. Work-life balance is actually really good.
